What's the Exemplar Foundation? Is this a real NGO, or just in a game?
The Exemplar Foundation is a casual roleplay or RP-friendly supergroup for City of Heroes, the formerly-defunct MMO now revived through private servers. We're currently playing on CoH Homecoming, on the Everlasting server. It isn't a real-world organization, in case anyone was confused by the in-character style of the website.
