Relief and Response
Extraordinary dangers require extraordinary responses. We coordinate with municipal, state, federal, and international authorities to intervene in emergency situations where our capabilities can make a difference - in crisis detection, prevention, and response.

Enabling People
Every day, new superhumans awaken, through spontaneous mutation, scientific or magical incidents. Our specialists provide powers testing, counseling, and assistive services for superhumans, with a special emphasis on helping people with newly-emerging or difficult-to-control abilities.

Awareness and Advocacy
Although individuals with powers are referred to as superhuman, the possession of unusual abilities does not change a person's essential humanity. We work to engage the public on superpowered and superhuman issues, hosting free talks and workshops, and commenting in the media.

The Exemplar Foundation holds consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and the United Nations Special Council of Super Human Activities (UNSCSHA). We have strategic partnerships with the Federal Bureau for Super-powered Affairs (FBSA), the Freedom Phalanx, Freedom Corps, Paragon City University (PCU), Portal Corporation, and the Paragon Police Department (PPD).
